Shipping Policies as follows:
Once
your order has been processed, it then depends on what product was ordered,
and if it is in stock. If your item is in stock, it will normally ship between
2-3 days and then allow time to your address. Now, if you are using an
upgraded shipping service (next day; 2nd day vs. ground) then it will ship
accordingly. Anything not in stock, depending on the item ordered, will be
shipped when order is completed in factory. Times can be 1 - 4 weeks, again
depending on item ordered. Normally Seat Covers are the items that take a few
weeks.
Return
Policies is as follows:
There
are NO
RETURNS for
custom ordered products. Specifically Dash Covers, Seat Covers, or any other
item that is made for your vehicle. We DO
NOT ACCEPT any
returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given, wrong model
given. There are NO
RETURNS for any
reason other than the ones stated below.
1. Item is defective, either from factory
or during shipping.
2. Item is not what was on your order
sheet at time of purchase.
3. Item(s) cannot be
returned for any reason stated above after 15 days from ship date.
The item must be repackaged in original box with all parts, plastic bags,
instruction sheets. The item must be repackaged exactly as it was originally
shipped. If anything is missing or is damaged other than what was originally
claimed in previous E-mails, you, the customer, will be liable for those
damages. The return will be voided and there will be no credit given. If any
return is made without speaking with a superviser, and permission given, no
credit will be given. If any item is returned for any other reason than what
was stated previously (above) then no credit will be given.
